BOE will actively file a review with the ITC regarding the preliminary ruling of the current US International Trade Commission (ITC) administrative judge on the trade secrets 337 investigation. At the same time, we will also actively safeguard the rights and interests of the company. BOE has always advocated a cooperative and win-win attitude of competition and actively safeguarded the healthy development of the global semiconductor display industry. In the final ruling of the patent 337 investigation, the ITC has determined that BOE has not violated the 337 clause.

Does the company have plans to enter the OLED TV field?
Hello! The company has no such plan for the time being. According to the data from consulting agencies, the penetration rate of OLED technology in TV applications is currently low. Thanks to the continuous advancement of LCD product technology, product performance continues to improve while costs are also decreasing. The good cost-performance ratio makes LCD products occupy the mainstream demand in medium and large-sized application fields such as TV for a long time in the future.
